I am in disbelief at the neglect and lack of respect that was shown to me on this transaction. I realize it wasn't a big order, but I've never given Thriftbooks a reason for this. The dvd case was literally broken and crushed to pieces, and in the pile of plastic was Dirty Dancing disc 2, special features with someones initials written all over it, and even THAT disc was scratched all to he!!.
