Purchased on the 14th of August got on the 17th of August had hanging for two weeks and noticed one of the grommets are coming apart from the fabric contacted the seller and they said it's been a month since I ordered it and won't replace it. Will not Purchase from again should go by the date I received it poor customer service.

This is totally unacceptable. You used the banner for one month and torn it and asking for replacement? Why didn't you ask it after you received the item? We could ship a new one, if it was defective.
