The machine and accessories was as described, very happy with that part. The packing was decent, but the machine must have had a rough ride in delivery. The spool bins were broken, not a big deal, easy to replace. The bottom of the case was cracked which is too bad, but it's still functional. The machine itself was not damaged, and that's what was most important to me. Overall, I am still satisfied. Hard to ship a heavy item across international borders!
