I have just begun to read this book, but it appears to be a very wholistic presentation of kabbahalistic contemplation.

I have purchased other books by David Chaim Smith for significant amounts of money and I was glad to do so. Those publications were beautiful Hard-cover books. I was wrong, obviously, in assuming that a book for $170 would likewise be of the same quality. And yes, I failed to read the fine print that this was a paperback book. The qualify of the book is not even up to par with the paperback editions by Inner Traditions. The small and poor quality of what I received is disappointing..

I'm sorry you're disappointed with your purchase. Please be advised that you purchased the first edition of The Kabbalistic Mirror of Genesis, which was published by Daat Press in the United Kingdom as a paperback. The first edition has been out of print for many years. All this information was clearly listed. The manufacturing of this book was not done by Metratron Books or David Chaim Smith. Your review negatively affects Metatron Books even though we are not responsible this.
