Bad seller! Sells defective items (because he did not check them before dispatch, as he himself admits!) and does not refund return shipment and customs duties. Does not answer messages. I made a loss of 150 euros because of him! Absolutely not recommended.

HI, sadly we cannot check every aspect of a used part. In this case, the thread was damaged, in most countries the thread would be repaired quickly and resolved (we would also pay for this) but you state that german law does not allow this which we are very sorry about. All we can do in cases such as this, is refund your item and shipping in full. Any duties taken by your countries customs are not something we can control but can be claimed back if you show them proof of part being returned.

I could see the damage seconds after opening the package! You could have seen it just as easily! And no, you have not yet refunded the return shipping costs. We have been asking you for 3 weeks now!!! You asked us to buy the return label because you said you "couldn't do it from the UK" and that you would refund us for the costs. That was also a lie. Customs duties: Anyone who has ever tried to get money back from DPD will know that this is futile! Again: This seller is absolutely not recommend!
