Seller didn't put any packing material in with the item and it arrived broken (surprise). When I send it back they tried to say that I sent them my old part. I never even remove the part from the package as soon as I opened it and saw was broken I closed it back up and returned it. Luckily eBay didn't sign with them but that's very unprofessional and bad business. Use caution with this seller.

Hello, ebay sided in MY favor. You removed your cracked board from your washer and installed it on the panel. I cannot believe you have the audacity leave a negative review after attempting to scam me. The board you sent back was fiilthy and the damage was clearly different from the inner and outer board.
