One walkie talkie does not work, it makes a hissing noise and you cannot communicate thru it. We tried different locations throughout the house to rule out interference. Brand new batteries were used. Contacted seller telling him I would like a refund. No response. Ebay no longer helps out. We talked to the manufacturer of the walkie talkies they told us all of these were defective. Ebay: nice update to your app no way to get $ back by thieving ebay sellers. 1st 1 star review in over 20 yrs
