Seller copy/pasted manufacturer's info, but edited out most of the size info about the sizes of the labels it accepts. I checked the manufacturer's website before doing anything else, found out it wouldn't work for me, and returned it to the seller unopened. Seller then tried to charge me a shipping fee out if the refund for return shipping, which was free. He wouldn't refund my full amount until I said I would get eBay involved.

I try my best to make every customer happy. But people just
ungrateful. This customer bought the label printer by mistake, i list the details on my description picture, he lied about I didn’t put the correct information. And he wants to return item. I had option: decline the return request. But I was kindly accepted his return, and gave him full refund. Then he leave negative review right after he got full refund back. I’m really sad I have to deal with people like this on eBay.
