item arrived quickly and in better-than-good condition except for one page which was ripped out and missing. i have purchased many, many items from this seller, and plan to in the future, and i have never received an item missing a page, regardless of its stated condition. i do believe this was simply an oversight as an entire missing page does not constitute 'good' condition and i have purchased items in both good and very good condition and find almost always in better-than-stated condition
