I was so disappointed this didn t arrive (I don t feel that confident it was sent). The seller refunded in good time. But has then pestered me more than once to update my feedback saying a negative was unfair as they had refunded. My overall experience was negative even though I was refunded (I d have preferred the actual item!). A bad ebay experience for me.

Unfortunately this item was lost with Royal Mail. Refunded as soon as aware it was missing. Buyer left negative feedback. I asked for a review of their harsh feedback as per eBay policy = contact with intention to ask for a review via messages, then fill out the eBay form asking for a review. Hardly pestering!
A shame this buyer had an issue with a lost parcel by a third party and out of our control. But to leave feedback as they did Shame on them. We ALWAYS send a sold item !
