It’s definitely used but the seller works with you to help you find a machine you’ll be happy with. It’s not in terrible condition but don’t get one thinking it’ll be clear of imperfections. The seller also helps answer questions before and after the sale to make sure you are confident in your purchase. They have been amazing at helping me figure everything out when it comes to the machine itself and getting parts for it (ie stand and cardboard folders)
