Ship time & packing ok. Ship cost high for small, light, unbreakable item. Was deflated: No invoice. Item NOT clean. MANY hairs from obvious use (Yuk!). A red, crusty stain and another place of a sticky something (multiple mystery goo?). Various holes in it! These NOT visible in listing pics nor included in description. Warped shape & pulls (seen in pics). Will dry clean to see if it removes stain & hair, and can reshape. Very disappointed with this experience. Will not buy from seller again.
