I recently bought this ring, packaged well. I noticed that on both ends of the opal setting the stones were missing its 4th claw. Unfortunately as no 4th claw one end stone fell out. The seller offered a partial refund of £10 to get it fixed myself. Estimate of work being nearly £50. This ring should not have been sent out in the condition it was in or the seller should get it fixed at their expense not mine. V disappointed

Hi Firstly sorry the stone fell out whilst wearing it, as explained we offered refund, a repair if you had the stone but you said it was broken by yourself, or a swap against anything else we had in stock or a partial refund but could not offer £50 you asked for as ring was priced at £80. Not sure what else we could have offered.
