The compass can’t work properly, so I messaged the seller as soon as I found that out. Half a month has passed, and there is no response at all. The worst seller on eBay I've ever encountered.

These statements are untrue. The item was delivered 12 days ago, the buyer never message us about the item and the compass is in excellent working condition. Unfortunately some people don't know how to use the item or know there is a lock on the compass, which is why we stopped selling them on eBay as people think they are defective and return them. Furthermore the buyer has started a return for the item and eBays GSP is handling everything for us and will ensure the buyer is refunded.
