Ich verstehe nicht warum ich negativ bewertet werde. Ich habe das Bügeleisen mit dem Original-ebay-Etikett versendet. Es ist nachweislich auf dem Postweg verloren gegangen. Der Käufer hat sein Geld zurück erhalten. Ich habe jederzeit den Käufer informiert was ich alles unternommen habe und ich habe viel unternommen. Die Post in Frankreich hat das Paket verschludert. Schämen sie sich, mir (!) dafür eine negative Bewertung zu geben. Ich bin entsetzt! Ich erwarte eine Entschuldigung.
