Already contacted seller who declined the fact that when packed they just did not realize. But worse was seller attitude to evade situation based on my late calling back, which I explained was due medical issues. In any case item defect has nothing to do with timeframes and did not appear spontaneously after shipping… Seller missed the chance to do the the right thing I believe.
