Einer der Sitze war leider durch sehr schlechte Verpackung beschädigt. Mit eindeutigen Fotos habe ich die Beschädigung reklamiert, und um Umtausch des beschädigten Sitzes gebeten. Vom Verkäufer kamen nur Ausreden wie: "es ist ein weiter Weg, da kann so etwas passieren" und "Erhitzen Sie das Leder und massieren Sie es dann". Sorry, auf den Angebots-Fotos war die Ware einwandfrei, so habe ich es gekauft, und würde es dann auch gerne so erhalten! Fehler macht jeder mal, man sollte dann aber auch...
