- f***t (1)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseI waited a whole week for a damage item no good no I got to go through the whole process. I'm trying to see if I can get a refund or exchange my item who knows how long that price is going to take 😡🤬 solid steel on the ends of the rack and pinion. I just want to know how does that get bented? Were they using the package as a hammer? I don't understand how something so strong was easily bented through shipping must be handle packaging with care lol
