Also the packaging could have been way better. Should've used a hard mailer and/or cardboard stiffeners to prevent this, as its paper after all. Creases were created by USPS handling (in the soft mailer, the manila file cover, clear insert and all the packet content) which I'll have to address by pressing the materials between heavy books. Overall it's OK but not exceptional. It is what it is...
