The buyer blindly bought the product without asking any questions, although I indicated in the product description that I could provide additional pictures.The buyer stated that the device was damaged, but never sent me a picture of the damage. I asked him about this twice.I also suggested that he send the device back to me and return his money, to which he also didn't respond.
