    One filter came without the seal O ring. Contacted and they said they would send one. The O ring I received was an OEM ring but obviously used (cracked and the cracks are dark stained from being in oil). With additonal communication about being send a used O ring I was told to file a claim with Ebay,. They refunded the purchase price before the claim was complete. They are a liquidator, so check your purchase carefully. Two of the three filters were good. Mostly ok purchase experience.

    We sure didn't enjoy working with you. We have to rely that you are telling the truth (which I seriously doubt). Now, after promising to return the filter (at our expense) you have failed to do so. Not good. 9-18
