Item arrived incomplete which meant that it could not be used on a shoot. We then had a failed delivery of the missing item which extended delays in being able to use the backdrop. Eventually, the missing carry bag arrived as the seller continued to work to resolve it. The delay was not helped by communications arriving during the night which clearly indicated that the seller was in a time zone several hours apart from the UK but, we got there in the end! Recommend seller for sorting it out!
