    First time I have purchased Sloggi Midi (I usually buy Maxi). To my surprise, there is no difference in the size compared to my Maxi's. Thought they might have been packaged wrongly by the manufacturer and wasn't blaming seller. When I asked to return, the seller wanted photos, I gave them, then asked questions I had already stated in first communication, then when they wanted more photos. I gave up trying to return them. Not sure what a picture of the box or the pants would prove to them.

    The item we shipped was correct it was the Midi brief. We asked for images as the customer said that we had sent the wrong item but we had not. Customer was welcome to return the item but said she was keeping them as she needed some more Maxi briefs anyway.
