Its not 100% original saffron, its mixed with fake stigmas after using food color on it to look like saffron, not recommended, we have been using saffron for years, wouldn't recommend to buy from this seller, food colors and other chemicals doesn't give the benefit we seek to get from Saffron. its approximately 50 to 80% fake stigmas are mixed in it. Original saffron never leaves color as soon as fake one, if you are getting the saffron colors in minutes it means food color is used on it.
