It is a mesh and it is sparkly however the sizing given is way out, I bought the largest size and it is at maximum stretch 18 inches wide which I s a maximum overbust size of 36 inches, which as a UK size 10 is too small for me. A shame as otherwise nice.

Item arrived on time. The fabric itself is what I was interested in and it will be very helpful for what I'm doing. If anybody is going to wear this I do advise to wear a garment underneath as this is more like an accessory in my opinion and the fabric while delicate looking is quite strong and very pretty.
