    Horrible packaging. Would’ve been fine with simple 1/8” cardboard. Photo arrived with large creases. They offered to go through all the steps to file a claim with USPS, but that’s not worth it. I’ve bought dozens of photos on eBay and have never encountered such horrible packaging

    We tried very hard to work with this customer but he refused to work with us. None of his photos actually showed damage, just a reflection, even the USPS couldn't see it. We believe this buyer just wanted to keep the item and get a refund and scam us. Our record speaks for itself, but of coarse, buyers cannot get negative feedback and people like this are allowed to stay on this site and harm others.
