Only works if you don.t have a att modem otherwise it probably won't work. I have already tried several times but I still can't activate the Tanggula X5 pro. It's has nothing to do with att because it's not their device. So I decided to use my roku instead since that's what I was using before I decided to use someything new. I saw a YouTube video that informed me that it may not be very safe streaming that way and it's not very secure. My modem won't allow me to load that program.

This is not a common issue but your router is most likely blocking the device all you have to do is go to your list of devices find the item and click allow or unblock.
