Expedited shipping nice. Well packaged, arrived undamaged. This SD-35 was a buy now, and the C-7 Excellent rating. I overlooked that the trucks were painted gray, (not original as they are to be black & the gray overspray on the handrails, by previous owner). It runs, but louder, grinding, than any Athearn Blue box or other brand I have. It can be heard in another room. It is well used. As for the C-7 rating, no parts are to be missing. It has no cab windows. Teach me to ask more questions.

I said in my listing that the loco "appears in excellent condition", which it was to my eyes. It was listed as used. I did not notice the sound of it running on my short test track as loud. If he ran the loco at full power, then perhaps it would be louder.
