      Item is not compatible with my machine. I asked the seller prior to buying. He insisted. Bought it. Now I sent the item back and he’s refusing ti give me back my money. I want my money!

      We have sold these item for the past 2 years without any issues with our costumers. He complain that it didnt fit his machine which is not true. We try helping costumer and all we got from him was a bad attitude. He will be refunded once we received the cable since he already filled a return
