Ai sensi e nei limiti di cui al Dlgs 22 maggio 1999, n. 185, il Cliente ha diritto, entro 10 giorni lavorativi dal ricevimento della merce richiesta, di esercitare il diritto di recesso. Tale diritto si applica a tutti i prodotti contenuti nelle aste ebay, con l'esclusione tassativa dei prodotti consegnati sigillati e successivamente aperti dal Cliente.
