Package arrived very well packed and on time. Unfortunately, I was expecting to open a brand new - sealed - in a box car, like all Kaido House cars, however, I was very disappointed as it had already been opened - no plastic wrap and seals broken. The seller has assured me it was for quality control, however, I expect that to be done at the factory, and takes away the chase experience. I have never bought a poor quality Kaido House car. Good communication and positive in all other aspects.
