Item sold as new, but was not. Circutboard was for an older model that did not support heart rate monitor shown on display. Finally it only functioned for a minute or two before turning off.

I'm sorry you're having an issue with the Display that we sent you. If you read the add, it specifically specifies New Membrane Installed on used OEM Display Bezel...All you would have to do is call me! I've been a service tech for the past 40 years. Happy to help!
