Items arrived all crushed up and tightly wrapped in plastic paper…unable to get all wrinkles out and reshape the brim to look like pictures…was told after I contacted seller was told hats can be folded…I have never purchased a hat to fold that’s why I have a metal hat case to protect my fedoras during traveling…these hats are disfigured and don’t nothing like sellers pictures.
