    I'm always apprehensive of ordering "used" electronics. Even before I bought my new to me Alcatel Joy Tab 9027W the ad said "has scratches on screen and sides." Not MAY have but HAS! So when I was unwrapping it (by the way, EXCELLENT packaging job!) I was already thinking about I may have to return it after I see it. What a surprise! Maybe I just got really lucky , but the tablet had a couple of minor scuffs on the back of the tablet and the screen was perfect. GREAT COMPANY !

    Just an fyi to those buying an Alcatel tablet like I bought. After a week of use, my tablet started acting wonky. Figured, oh well it only cost $50 and it's insured anyway. The error message "IU stopping." FIX from the web was reboot. That worked for a bit than back to an unresponsive screen. It ended up being Google Play app needed updating after downloaded from cloud. Not seller's fault at all
