Everything was great the item has a fantastic price which is very important. The only thing I would say is that customer interaction needs to be better. I ordered the wrong size (my fault) and realized it within a few hours of purchasing the boots. I messaged the seller and asked if they could ship the right size or should I cancel my order and reorder the right size and did not receive a message back until after the item was shipped.
