Had trouble at first getting it to stay on my windshield. My previous rearview mirror had a hole for a bolt to go through it to keep it in place. My new one didn't have that. It's fallen off a few times when I drive. Other than that, it works, but it mostly just lets me adjust it either left of right rather than up or down. I've finally gotten it to stay in place though.
