Shoes arrived with one broken heel. I probably have 10 - 12 pairs of these shoes and this is the 3rd time one pair arrived with a broken heel. Heels are very delicate and I have broken a few also but it's very aggravating when they come with a broken heel. The first two had the broken part in the box so I repaired with super glue. Unfortunately, the broken part was not in the box and it is unfixable and unusable. Asked supplier for a replacement.
