    Sold open box item as new, unopened. Reacted poorly when I contacted them, saying I should have asked before buying (asked what? If the info in the listing was truthful?) then changed the info in the listing, then asked me where I saw the item listed as unopened. I saw it in your listing, before you changed it. I sent a screen shot--then they stopped replying. They could easily have made it right, but resorted to gaslighting and (attempted) deception.

    We did reply within 24 hours asking her to send it back for refund few times. She declined but want partial refund instead. she admitted that it is in new condition. What she said is only half truth what is going on. She refused to send it back for refund. I sold over almost 200 of this kind with ZERO complaints except this buyer? BEWARE of this complex buyer.
