I was a tad alarmed when the pillows were delivered in their vacuum package and appeared not to want to fluff up adequately. However after a few minutes in a tumble dryer on cool setting they were almost bursting out of their envelopes. So once again full marks for this seller who sells the highest quality product at a very reasonable price
