It took more than one week from my order was packed until it was picked up by DHL. In the mean time I tried to contact the seller several times but it was very difficult to get in contact.
According to Post Nord in Sweden there was no phone number and the e-mail address on the label was wrong. The boxes the insulation was packed in was in very bad condition when I received them. I ordered 15 m2 of 13 mm insulation and I received 14 m2. What happend to the last 1 m2 - I don't know.
