I have received a message from the seller saying the item has been returned to them on the same day that DHL delivery information claims it was delivered to me. It wasn’t delivered to me but there is no explanation as to why. I am only hoping I don’t have to chase a refund for the vase and the delivery cost since no real effort seems to have been made to deliver. I hope the seller takes note of this and uses a different delivery company in future.
