I had a problem with my original print head, cleaned it etc, no fix. Read online it needed to be replaced but they're no longer made. Guides and reviews warned about buying alternative print heads but I took a chance at the price. And it worked immediately, fixing all print problems! Very fast delivery, very well packaged. Great customer service and advice. Would buy from again.

Unfortunately the print head did not work but I was offered another one without returning the original one. I was also offered useful formation about things I could try to get my printer working. From this it would seem that it is actually the motherboard that will need replacing. I was impressed but the prompt help. The print head that was sent arrived on time and was very well packed.
