When I purchased them, I didn't know that AB J-type potentiometers labeled .25 MEG were routinely made with a resistance of 300K and 10% tolerance. Also, two of the pots are Clarostat branded. The date codes suggest they are from 1990, the year that Clarostat took over production from AB, so it seems innocent enough that Clarostat pots were included. So after research, I am happy with this purchase.
