The item is defective. The swirl flap on cylinder two on the intake manifold was defective. The swirl flap does not move. There was no response to contacting the seller with a description of the defect and photos. Der Artikel ist defekt. Am Ansaugkrümmer war die Drallklappe von Zylinder zwei defekt. Die Drallklappe bewegt sich nicht. Auf die Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Verkäufer mit der Fehlerbeschreibung und Fotos wurde nicht geantwortet. Der Artikel ist defekt und nicht gebrauchsfähig.

First of all, the item was fully functional when tested on the vehicle, as with all of the 7000 parts we have in stock. If it isn't functional, then we dispose of the part. It is that simple. We have not received ANY communication with the buyer, if we had, we would have responded to them to arrange an amicable solution, we have plenty of replacements in stock. Finally, you state that you 'wouldn't advise buying nothing from them' That sentence makes absolutely no grammatical sense whatsoever.
