Hello Herman, i did get your email, you literally send me a message an hour ago, how am i supposed to answer your email so quickly? I must first search for your order, contact my shipping agent and then answer your email. Your package was send at 14 of April, we always give a tracking number with daily update, i know there are some delays rights now but that's normal for packages bigger than 60cm.
