The Manfrotto 190XB Tripod features the maneuverable 840RC2 ball head with a quick release plate, allowing for easy camera insertion and removal, as it smoothly locks into and out of place by using the release lever and separate locking switch. For stability, the aluminum design of the Manfrotto uses three adjustable legs that allow you to raise and lower the Manfrotto to the height you need and then lock the legs into place using the flip lock levers. In addition, the center column slides up and down for added height as needed. The ball head allows you to easily center and move your camera into the best position, letting you take the best photos. The double tilt head easily moves back and forward while the quick release plate accommodates a wide range of camera brands, including Sony, Nikon, Canon, and even smaller video devices, connecting via a D-ring knob on the underside. The 11-pound maximum capacity of the stand gives you a lot of leeway when attaching devices.
