Buyer purchase a digital item. Buyer did received the item just went to wrong email. Buyer admitted he received it once he found it in the email after he left negative feedback. I still refunded him even though he admitted he got the items via email. He tried to revise the feedback but eBay would not allow it since I already refunded him. As you can see from past feedback I am very well trusted seller.
