Seller stated through messaging that shipping would be 2-4 days via DHL. It's 11 days and counting and seller wont reply to any messages when inquiring about tracking information. I've asked for the tracking number, no response. I've asked for a refund, yet he does not reply to any messages at all. 0 communication post payment.

The buyer received several messages from us. The item was shipped already a few days ago but DHL-Express informed us that the shipment was held back because something was wrong with the shipping address. We are sorry but this inconvenience is unfortunately beyond our control.Now the buyer initiated a chargeback with his credit card company although he want to receive the hat. This is not a very nice way to solve a problem.
