We do our best but from time to time situations like this will arise, especially in current trading conditions. The feedback does feel a little unnecessary though, we did let the customer know immediately, offered a free upgrade to Greenstuff and when we were asked to refund, did so within 2 hours. Nobody wants situations like this but please give sellers the benefit of the doubt when leaving feedback as we work very hard in testing times

I did actually buy the same pad before buying yours, they were from another ebay seller, they were also out of stock but the seller told me right away and they received positive feedback for their promptness. We are trying to resolve this issue with the buyer, but this negative is unnecessary. Everyone is trying their very best in very difficult trading conditions - supermarkets cannot even keep their shelves fully stocked, which says everything. It is frustrating for everyone but some common sense and understanding in situations like this is all that is required.
