Then they hand it to those incompetent liars, Yodel, to deliver it. As always Yodel tell you it is out for delivery but it isn't and you wait anything up to another three days for it to actually reach you. In my case the Yodel grunt left it "safely by the bins". The only problem was that they weren't my bins. APPALLING NON-SERVICE AS ALWAYS.
